I'm half and half.
Being yelled at from the sidewalk by Mr World Police Loudmouth McFannypack is damn annoying (like really annoying) (especially if there was no actual danger to him and his kids on the sidewalk, and yelling would have made no difference)
But being yelled at by the subject should probably not breach the threshold of "I need to pepper spray this person immediately"
Then again I am not in the pepperspray and range rover demographic so I could be wrong.
